Terms and Conditions
We require a Booking / damage / cleaning deposit of €100 which is payable when a booking is made and is returned only after the cottage has been inspected after your stay.
The cottage and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition. An additional charge for cleaning may be incurred.
All damages or breakages must be reported and paid for. Any missing items will be charged.
In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee:
Less than 48 hours prior to day of arrival, the client will forfeit the deposit;
Less than 2 weeks, the deposit may be used within one year;
More than two weeks, a full refund will be given or a gift voucher issued.
The Cottage keys are available on the day of arrival, from 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 3.00pm at weekends.
The cottage is to be vacated by 11am on the morning of departure. Any other arrangements are only to be by prior agreement with the owners.
Please inform us if you require ground floor and/or wheelchair accessible rooms at the time of booking.
The number of persons stated at time of reservation must not be exceeded without the management's prior permission. Failure to do so may incur extra charges.
Covered by basic charges are: Electricity and heating, towels and bed linen, also kitchen equipment.
The Occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or to be a disturbance by way of noise or otherwise to our neighbours.
The Management may visit the cottage at any time, when they deem it necessary to do so.
We no longer allow pets.
